On April 11, the HBA hosted a “Tribal Gathering” for members interested in spearheading the 2008 Membership Drive themed, ‘The Big Hunt”.  With a safari theme, members gathered for a brief discussion on ways to bring in the big game.  Members were divided into Tribes consisting of a tribe leader and three hunters.  Before the day was over, Michelle Bean of Home Team Pest Defense, brought in the first new member of the 2008 Membership Drive.

Following the kick off party on the 11th, was the Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, April 15.  The Board was also divided into Tribes and given the challenge of not only competing with the other members, but beating them in the efforts to recruit new members.  The tribe members named at the board meeting were:
